The idea is to provide memory aids designed to exploit the fact that this kind of information belongs to the user’s information repository in which each data item is subconsciously tagged with a recognisable context. The overall goal of this research project is to take this a step further and identify and automate the precise cues that enable people to re-discover the information for which they are searching including that material lost from conscious memory."
